General Billing Information

  • All credit card billings are processed on the 28th of every month and billings are reflected in the credit card holders credit card statements
  • Bills paid on a quarterly basis are pre-arranged. Any time after the 15th of each month prior to the beginning of a new quarter, an invoice will be sent via regular or E-mail to customers who pay by checks. The quarterly service charge and unpaid charges from the previous quarter will be included in the invoice. Payments are due upon receipt. $25 penalty charge will be added to the customer's account whose check is not honored by the bank.
  • Customers using credit cards for billing will also receive a notice via E-mail stating the amount charged to customer's credit card.
  • MICN will provide a written invoice to any customer on demand.

Bills Due Dates and Late Payments

  • Billings on all accounts are either sent by snail mail or email. The first invoice will include a pro-rated charge for the remainder of the current quarter and the regular quarter charge for the coming quarter
  • All accounts must be paid on or about the 1st of the month of each quarter or on the 28th of each month before the services are provided. The account will be suspended if the payment is not received within 10 days from the due date. There will be a $10 re-activation fee.
  • All files, information and mails under the account will be preserved for 2 months from the date the payment is due. If the payment is not received after 2 months, all files, information, mails under the account will be deleted. Any customer who wishes to be re-instated must re-apply as a new customer with activation fees required.
  • A 15 day notice is required when terminating your account prior to the beginning of a new quarter. If you terminating your service during an uncompleted quarter for which you have been billed, we require a full quarter payment before the process of termination is completed. There is no fractional quarter payment under any condition.
  • If you quit our service arbitrarily without informing us, your credit card will continue to be charged. Irregular usage of service is not for us a signal that you have quit the service, informing us is. There is no refund for unused balance, so, inform us ahead of time.
